When you submit an appointment request or client registration, we collect the details you enter: name, phone and WhatsApp number, email, gender, date of birth, address, city, state, PIN code, preferred service, preferred staff, preferred date and time, special requests, membership interest and referral source.
How we use it
Your details are used only to confirm and deliver your appointment, to contact you about your request, and to maintain your service history at the salon. We do not sell or rent your information.
Storage and security
Submissions are transmitted over an encrypted connection and stored in a secured database that is restricted to salon-authorised access. Form input is validated and rate-limited to prevent misuse.
Retention and your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your details at any time by contacting the salon at Tocjsr@gmail.com or 9661477447 / 9661303231. The retention period for client records is pending owner confirmation.
Third-party content
This site embeds Google Maps to display our location. Google may process limited technical data when the map loads, in line with its own privacy terms.
